TESTIMONY OF GOD'S DIRECTION TO KMM:
I first became acquainted with the ministry of Kentucky Mountain Mission through visiting missionaries of the Mission.  I was particularly interested in the Sunshine Camps and came to Youth Haven Bible Camp as a volunteer for six summers.  My burden for the disabled grew as a result of working at camp, and when I retired from my teaching position in Mishawaka, Indiana, I applied for full-time service with KMM.  I also showed special interest in the missionaries' children and developed the Cubs Camp program.  Cubs Camp was started for the missionary kids, but has since flourished in the community.
