KMM missionaries pastor rural churches in various counties of southeast Kentucky. Church ministries include weekly worship services, Sunday school, Bible studies, Vacation Bible Schools, home and hospital visitation, youth outreaches and discipleship.

Community Outreach
Kentucky Mountain Mission offers community outreach through two centers, the Clay County Christian Youth Center and the Lee County Recreational Center, and through free dental clinics.
